This project required some thinking outside the box.
On initial inspection, various sheds on the site looked like good candidates for solar. However, due to their distance from the main supply contributing to voltage rise issues we decided, with the client, the best option was a Solar Ground Mounted System at the entry adjacent to the main switch board.
This ground mount solar installation, consisting of 40 x 250W panels equalling 10kW, significantly reduced Eyles Citrus’ electricity bill.
