Right from the beginning MPV were professionals. It started with Sonia arranging for a quote that was easily carried out via email, which also included the grid connection and smart meter install and the government rebate. Then came the site inspection with Matt, with the installation day less than two weeks after starting the whole process. Matt and the install team were professional, respectful and very informative. I ask a lot of questions and all were answered wonderfully. Following it all the the back-up with App explanation etc was also a pleasure.You often receive great service from someone in a company but rarely do you get it from all members, admin, electricians, installers and even the CEO. Having spent 2.5 years building my home and dealing with many subcontractors, i can honestly say that in all aspects the Team at MPV out performed the market in all aspects of Quality and Customer service. I got from my experience in commercial construction a subcontractor that performed a residential project on a level with that side of the industry. We’ve just had our Solar system installed and couldn’t be happier, from the boss to the install team to the office staff everyone was very knowledgeable and happy to spend time explaining how everything hangs together in a solar system. This company doesn’t use contractors. Great to be able to use a local company who has been in business for over 20 years this gave us confidence that any issues which may arise in the future will be dealt with smoothly.

MPV Solar gave us excellent service from the start of enquiries to the end of handover. Every question was answered promptly and fully when we were checking the market and so confidence grew when we knew we were dealing with professionals. Removal and recycling of an old 1.5kW system was part of the project. Long warrantees were important and so MPV tailored a 7.5kW system to our needs. The team ran a clean and tidy job, were all courteous, efficient and clearly very committed to completing their work well. A few teething problems with the smart meter were very quickly sorted out, manuals and long warrantees provided and so it was a pleasure to pay the bill. Professional/ highly recommended.
