Installation staff were punctual, friendly, and polite. They kept us advised ahead of every step in the installation process. Post-installation service has been excellent. MPV were extremely helpful in organising the grip connection and showing up how to monitor the performance of our new system. Highly recommended.

Right from the beginning MPV were professionals. It started with Sonia arranging for a quote that was easily carried out via email, which also included the grid connection and smart meter install and the government rebate. Then came the site inspection with Matt, with the installation day less than two weeks after starting the whole process. Matt and the install team were professional, respectful and very informative. I ask a lot of questions and all were answered wonderfully. Following it all the the back-up with App explanation etc was also a pleasure.

Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable about the entire sytem and my requirements. The quoting process was simple starting with a remote view of the roof and followed by an onsite inspection. The installation was unbelievable with a team of people turning up in the morning and having the system installed and operational by lunch time, very impressive. Communication was prompt throughout the process and installation was completed only weeks after a quote. A few terracotta tiles were broken in the installation process, but this was proactively flagged and we had a few spares so there were no issues. The installation is very neat and clearly done by someone that takes pride in their work.

The team came to do the setup were so professional and polite, our tiles were abit old and Matt’s team went to replace almost half of my tiles as his team needs to ensure the panels are safe and secure and won’t cause any leak.

MPV Solar gave us excellent service from the start of enquiries to the end of handover. Every question was answered promptly and fully when we were checking the market and so confidence grew when we knew we were dealing with professionals. Removal and recycling of an old 1.5kW system was part of the project. Long warrantees were important and so MPV tailored a 7.5kW system to our needs. The team ran a clean and tidy job, were all courteous, efficient and clearly very committed to completing their work well. A few teething problems with the smart meter were very quickly sorted out, manuals and long warrantees provided and so it was a pleasure to pay the bill. Professional/ highly recommended.

Everything was explained in detail and all the guts went above and beyond to supply a great system but more importantly a easy and great experience, even to providing an awning to further protect my inverter from the elements and making sure my roof was free from any tile issues before and after the install.
