I have been doing alot of research about solar and battery setup and everyone in the facebook community group has suggested Matt and the MPV team.

Sent them an email to enquire on the setup and Matt came on site to do a site visit and provided recommendations and the best way to setup the system.

The team came to do the setup were so professional and polite, our tiles were abit old and Matt’s team went to replace almost half of my tiles as his team needs to ensure the panels are safe and secure and won’t cause any leak.

From the quoting stages to site visit, sales, installation and invoicing, it has been a pleasure dealing with MPV. Very responsive and professional. Brilliant service from first contact. We’ve just had our Solar system installed and couldn’t be happier, from the boss to the install team to the office staff everyone was very knowledgeable and happy to spend time explaining how everything hangs together in a solar system. This company doesn’t use contractors. Great to be able to use a local company who has been in business for over 20 years this gave us confidence that any issues which may arise in the future will be dealt with smoothly.

Right from the beginning MPV were professionals. It started with Sonia arranging for a quote that was easily carried out via email, which also included the grid connection and smart meter install and the government rebate. Then came the site inspection with Matt, with the installation day less than two weeks after starting the whole process. Matt and the install team were professional, respectful and very informative. I ask a lot of questions and all were answered wonderfully. Following it all the the back-up with App explanation etc was also a pleasure.
